Westerville Basement Waterproofing Referrals is a local referral service operated by Andrew Ring, based in the Columbus area. We are not a waterproofing contractor. We don't employ crews, sell equipment or do repairs.

Why this site exists

When your basement is wet, it's hard to know who to call, and the first page of search results is full of national directories that sell your request to several companies at once. We built a plain, locally focused guide to basement water problems north of Columbus. When you're ready, we connect you with one independent contractor who actually works in your area.

How referrals work

1. Send the quote form.
2. Your request is forwarded to the local contractor we partner with for your area.
3. The contractor contacts you, inspects the basement and gives you a written quote. You decide whether to hire them.

How we're paid

The contractor pays us a fee for referrals. You pay nothing for the referral, and our fee doesn't change the price the contractor quotes you. We don't sell your information to multiple companies.

How we choose contractors

Before we refer anyone, we ask the contractor for proof of general liability insurance, check their standing with the Better Business Bureau and online review sites, and confirm they offer written quotes and written warranties. We'd rather you hear it from us: this is due diligence, not a guarantee. Always check insurance and references yourself, and get everything in writing.
